- Document all interactions in compliance with company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with a valid work permit
- High school student or recent graduate preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications (email, browsers)
- Positive attitude and patience in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (15-25 hours/week)
