Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote or on-site team.
