Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, polite, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical support issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of patience and empathy during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (no prior experience required).
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (home-based option available).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
