Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
- Contribute to a positive team culture through active participation in daily huddles
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Must be between 16-18 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Oakland location
- Ability to work weekends and evenings (up to 20 hours/week)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
