Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
