- Adhere to SLA targets while maintaining quality assurance standards
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to master new product features

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
