- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information simply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated home workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
