- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex account issues.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor in every interaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
