Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting KPI targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with strong computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Monday) and holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Background check and drug screen required
