- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or service issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process Orders: Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Location: Must reside within the United States and be authorized to work remotely.
