Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account updates, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
