Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team performance metrics and quality standards
- Assist with community outreach events and youth programs
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Excellent verbal communication skills and positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, internet navigation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Must pass background check and drug screening
