Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and account updates using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Contribute to improving customer experience through feedback
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout shifts
- Adhere to all company policies and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Excellent verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns
- Reliable transportation to our Miami location
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (schedule flexibility required)
