Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, chat, and email to diverse clients
- Resolve inquiries using our knowledge base with 95% accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with team to improve service processes
- Participate in monthly skill-building workshops
- Adhere to company policies and HIPAA guidelines
- Identify upsell opportunities for community programs
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school
- Basic computer literacy (email, browsers, MS Office)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 15-20 hours weekly after school
- Positive attitude and conflict resolution aptitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
- Passion for helping others and learning new skills
- Availability to work weekends (1-2 shifts)
