Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (max 20 hours/week)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
