Your Role
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Log customer interactions and issue details into the CRM database accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support as needed.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work options.
