Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
