Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with weekend team members to share best practices
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and company compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure weekend environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM-6 PM shifts)
