Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues using CRM tools while maintaining service quality metrics
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet/exceed performance targets for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or BPO environment
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
