Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, scheduling, and service issues for Philadelphia residents using proprietary systems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM software while maintaining strict data privacy protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
- Participate in weekend training sessions to master product knowledge and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in local service industry
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Philadelphia-area cultural awareness
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client site visits required)
