Responsibilities
- Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, resolving inquiries, technical issues, and order-related concerns
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with detailed notes and resolution codes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain product knowledge across multiple platforms and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience via chat, email, or social media
- Excellent typing skills (60+ WPM) with strong written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and helpdesk platforms (Zendesk preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Available to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must have reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
