- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and product details.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems efficiently and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Process Orders & Returns: Handle returns, exchanges, and new orders with precision and care.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and suggest additional products or services that enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate typing skills and comfort using computer software.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically to resolve issues.
- Customer Focus: A strong desire to help others and a positive attitude.
