- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints using strong problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately while maintaining data integrity in our CRM systems.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
