Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
