Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including AHT, FCR, and CSAT targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone/email etiquette
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail in documentation
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Experience in retail, tech, or SaaS industries preferred
