Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and product questions efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to the product team.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide peer support.
Qualifications
