Responsibilities

- Document cases in Salesforce with precision and maintain accurate ticket histories
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical escalations effectively
- Develop product knowledge through continuous training and certification programs
- Identify trends in customer feedback to drive product improvements
- Maintain SLA compliance for response and resolution times
- Mentor new hires on support protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
