Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and escalate technical issues to Tier 2 teams
- Collaborate with Product team to identify recurring pain points and improvement opportunities
- Maintain deep product knowledge through bi-weekly training sessions
- Support high-volume periods during product launches and seasonal peaks
- Contribute to knowledge base with 10+ new articles monthly
- Mentor new hires on company protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
