- Document cases meticulously in CRM platforms with precision

- Meet/exceed SLAs while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvements through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical assistance roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot SaaS products and basic networking issues
