Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and service protocols
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product features
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and FAQ updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking

- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
