- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with product team to identify and report product improvement opportunities
- Conduct proactive outreach to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Master internal tools and processes through continuous training
- Support new customer onboarding with personalized assistance
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or related role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
