Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS products and hardware devices
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex bugs
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service protocols
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Train new support agents on product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical support role
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in high-volume contact centers
- Basic knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
