Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues efficiently
- Train customers on new platform features during onboarding sessions
- Analyze support metrics to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend rotational coverage as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy-driven approach
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
