Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Develop product knowledge through continuous training and research
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support processes
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years in customer support or technical support role
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
