Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within SLA targets
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed notes and solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain expert knowledge of product features and troubleshooting
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in technical customer support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Experience with SaaS products and remote collaboration tools
