Responsibilities
- Deliver multichannel support via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Master proprietary CRM and ticketing systems to track client interactions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical bugs and feature requests
- Develop comprehensive knowledge base articles to empower self-service
- Maintain SLA targets while maintaining high CSAT scores
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in technical customer support or SaaS environment
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar support platforms
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network, software, and hardware issues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during critical incidents
- Experience with CRM data analysis and reporting
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
