Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM system and escalate complex issues to Tier 2
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve service quality
- Conduct product training sessions for new customers
- Analyze support trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain SLA compliance with average response time < 2 hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech or retail
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer
