Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service protocols
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Provide product training to new customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate tense situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
