Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with product teams to identify trends and suggest product enhancements
- Maintain expert knowledge of company products/services through continuous training
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical knowledge of software/hardware troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
