Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency and empathy
- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring problems and improve service quality
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services through continuous training
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in a tech-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with analytical thinking
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional on-site support
