Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM system and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
- Collaborate with product teams to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of SaaS products through continuous training
- Support customers during product launches and high-traffic periods
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech/software industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
