Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Master our CRM platform to document interactions and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Develop product expertise to provide accurate solutions for software and hardware
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance support workflows
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles and training materials
- Support quality assurance initiatives through call monitoring and feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional on-site visits required)
