- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document cases in Salesforce with precision and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot escalated issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer journeys
- Maintain deep product knowledge across our SaaS platform offerings
- Support weekend rotational shifts as part of our 24/7 coverage model
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or related experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- High school diploma; associate degree in business or IT preferred
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) candidates highly valued
