Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical bugs and feature requests
- Conduct product training sessions for enterprise clients
- Analyze support metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop knowledge base articles to reduce recurring ticket volume
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues independently
- Experience with remote support protocols and security protocols
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
