Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, multi-channel support (email, chat, phone) for SaaS products with 95%+ CSAT scores
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools (Salesforce) and knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to document bugs and suggest product improvements
- Manage high-volume ticket queues with SLA adherence and resolution efficiency
- Conduct proactive outreach for at-risk customers to prevent churn
- Mentor new team members on support protocols and best practices
- Analyze support metrics to identify recurring pain points and optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B customer support with SaaS technology exposure
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual proficiency a plus
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and software configurations
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex customer situations with emotional intelligence
- Experience with ticket management, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Self-driven with ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-hybrid environments
