Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with average response time under 2 minutes
- Utilize Zendesk and Salesforce to document cases, track resolutions, and identify trends
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Proactively upsell premium features based on customer needs
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on product updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 5+ customer channels simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with analytical thinking
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Residency in Tulsa metro area required
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
