Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service processes
- Train new customers on product features and best practices
- Meet monthly performance targets for resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Experience with remote support tools (Zoom, TeamViewer)
