Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Train customers on product features and best practices
- Escalate critical issues to senior support leads when necessary
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Certifications in customer service (e.g., CCXP) a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
