Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in Zendesk and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues and improve solutions
- Conduct proactive outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Master internal knowledge bases and product documentation
- Analyze support metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Train new support staff on processes and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
