Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex problems
- Identify and suggest process improvements for support workflows
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Meet/exceed monthly satisfaction and resolution metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in tech/software industry
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Intercom)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable
